I've had FEI hip impingments that went undiagnosed for 15 years. Too much calcium deposited on the hips that creates a cam legion made of bone. I've had a bone spur the size of a bee-bee on my elbow removed that was very near the funny bone and brutal to navigate around. I've had larger bone spur on to top of the arch of my right foot removed that I believe may have formed from wearing slip work books with steal toes. I believe that surgery may have led to nerve problems in my foot.
I later worked in an Acupunture and Nutrition clinic and was told 1) liquid phosphorous taken orally and 2) castor oil applied to the area may dissolve spurs. I also learned that calcium regulation issues may result as too much calcium combined with a shortage of Vitamin F to offset it.
I witnessed an elderly woman who was diagnosed with bad osteoperosis in her hips who took liquid phosphourous and other nutritional products to try to avoid surgery. In 6 months the xrays showed no more osteoperosis. Once done the hip specialist / surgeon did NOT want to know what she had taken to cure her problems prior to surgery.
I witnessed others improve bone conditions and gall bladd deposits similarly.
In March 2026 I was talking on the phone with a friend who discussed having to get bone spurs removed and as I got off the phone I looked at my left thumb. F-k. I had anoterh bone spur growing?! Wtf.
And I actually had two. there was another on the far side of my thumnb starting too.
I applied Castor Oil for a day or two and then I did it in combination with DMSO. It's a bit wet and I didn't have confidence in it even if I should have.
I started on about 30 drops of liquid phosphorous a day.
About 48 hours after i started the liquid phosphorous, it's as if the bone spur popped from the bone and it had decreased in size. It was floating around but not fixed and the swelling and pain was generally gone.
I continued the phosphorous and it continued to shrink. It is still there but no pain and it seems to float around if I push it around.
I had been told the bone spurs that grow are often not attached to the bone very well. It's not strong bone. It's more like "calcium rust" on the bone that accumulates.
If you think of them like rust on metal, that's why, with the proper products and remedies, they can often be fixed without surgery.
It's like de rusting the bone.
In the case of osteo-arthritis where there is bone decay or hollowing, there are things that can be used to etch the voids and fill them in -- and the calcium filler, even if not like the original bone -- helps the situation.
As of now I believe it was the liquid phosphorous that worked quickly not the castor oil or that and DMSO. Others will need to try them separately to see what works.
I have zero pain, the smaller node is not detectable, the larger node is still there a little but shrinking and it is NOT fixed to the one any longer. I can move it around and presumably, if I continue with the same protocals that will eventually disappear. Even if not, it's not the problem it was now that it's free.
According to the Cleveland Clinic - the only treatment is anti-inflamatories or Surgery.

LA hand Surguery identifes Heberden's Nodes as a type of Osteoarthritis.
They make all kinds of non surgical suggestions, but note that none of them are those known to work by the "alternative medical community".
Why would that be?
Why wouldn't they just put on their website to try out two different remedies that cost under $30 or so each

We've all heard these stories.
Chase CEO Jamie Dimon even referenced this or something very much like it on a TV interview the other day (a few years ago now). Who heard that? Anyone? He thinks he and a good team of a few are going to "tackle this"? Hummmm...
I'd imagine it went in and out of most ears.
He did a nice job of playing down the over billing as a "minor problem"
I've yet to hear him address the 2 Billion in cocaine found on a Chase own frigget, have you? No wonder their transportation fund has been doing so well...
If we wait for those making BIG BANK on all this to 'fix it', we'll be waiting a long time since they've had the 'fix on it' for decades. Anything now from these folks is but a distraction. Sadly.
