In theory, all of my prior line items were paid off, and I had overpaid that invoice by $30...so if we see a new and magical $30 credit on here somewhere, that would make sense (although we've yet to figure out where the $60, $30 and $15 prior payment credits have come from yet).

Well. This is odd. I had about 5 MRI's done at this facility and just realized this is the first they've billed me for?! I had 4 MRI's in January and one in February that are no where to be found?!
